Sizing
Available in sizes 26 to 45. It’s a half size bigger than normal. Please refer to the size chart and choose a half size smaller. For example, if your size is 39 according to the size chart, choose 38.5 for this style. 
A $10 surcharge applies to size 42.
A $20 surcharge applies to sizes 43 to 45.
It’s a wide fit.

The default is a 5cm thick heel.
